I placed order for server but I don't receive emails noting I have placed order. What is wrong?

I can not finish placing order since I found errors. What should I do?
Please check that your registrant information is written in english only. You can change this later from Control Panel.
When do I get the server online?
It will be different based on your payment settings. If you choose to pay with credit card, our system will immediately process your order and your server will be up within minutes after your payment is finished. Payment from bank will need more time to execute the transfer and checking the payment.
Can I register cell phone email address as main contact address.
Our notice emails sometimes contains attachment and has words more than cell phone email can take, so please register PC email as your contact.
Can I create business account?
Yes, you can.
Can I place order from outside Japan ?
Yes, please see http://tsukaeru.net/en/ for English site. Please bear in mind that the English site is still in the translation progress.
Do you provide support or service in English ?
Yes, PLESK is available in multi language, separate language license is required though. You can also ask for English support here.
I made the wrong order, can I cancel it?
Yes, as long as the status of your order is Open, you can cancel it from your Control Panel.
Do you have minimum subscription periods required?
Every plan is available at monthly plan for the minimum. The Beginner plan is only available in yearly periods.
Can I change subscription's periods?
Yes, you can (except Beginner Plan).

Do you have trial periods and Money Back Guarantee feature ?
We have several based on plans. Shared Server Plan: Beginner、Advance、Advance Pro have 3 days trial period. You will have to select this when you register your server. Shared Server Plan: Business Pro has 1 day trial period. VPS users who bought monthly subscription are eligible to 30 days money back. Please Check the details in server overview page for changes.
