Do you provide guarantee on server down time?
Basically we don't provide guarantee except defined in rule 7.1 at our Terms of Use.

Yes, you can. You can create your own forum board or chatting software as long as it goes along our Terms of Use.
Is it possible to create CGI chatting service for my customers?
VPS、DDS、Pro-Series users are allowed to do this.
Can I use my account for business ?
Yes, you can use it freely as long as it goes along our term of use.
Can I host adult sites in my account?
Adult site is prohibited by our Terms of Use. Porn promoting sites highly likely to conflict our Terms of Use, therefore we will issue warnings or directly suspend the account if any complaints received. Please see 3.2 in our Terms of Use for details on this matter.
Can I host Do-Jin sites (non-adult character) in my account?
The character created should be user's self-responsibility and judgment. It might be good to get permission from the original producer. Please see our Terms of Use for details.
Can I distribute songs in my account ?
The music files placed or distributed in your server should abide by the copyright and the intellectual property right and Japanese Laws described in our Terms of Use. We strictly prohibit the distribution of illegal files or piracy. In the case when the copyright owner is your company, you should specify it explicitly somewhere in your website. Regardless copyright matters, we will issue warnings if there is anomaly on download activity or if we find your server overloads the resources allowed.
