Shared Server Plan customers can not use nkf. VPS customers however have root access, so in theory, thay can set it as they want.

VPS customers can install development libraries to allow this.
Can sendmail handle task to more than 1000 members at the same time?
In theory it is possible but we recommend VPS or higher plan to accomplish this task. Please bear in mind that we don't take spam nicely.
Can I execute CGI + suEXEC ?
Yes, every plan has this option.
Do you have limitation on the number and size of databases ?
Shared Server Plan has some limitation, but others are not limited.
Can I resell server space and accounts ?
Business Pro、VPS、DDS、DDSPro users have the priviledge to resell the server.
Is it possible to use CGI chatting software ?
Yes it is. Due to limitation on shared server plan, you may not be able to install this however.
Is it possible to create CGI chatting service for my customers?
VPS、DDS、Pro-Series users are allowed to do this.
Can I change PHP to be executed as CGI rather than a module of APACHE?
By default PHP will be executed as module of APACHE, but you can define it in .htaccess to make it executed as CGI.
Is there limitation to where I can execute CGI files?

Where is the Data Center located ?
Our Data Center is located in Japan allows our users to provide fast access to their customer in Japan.
Can I enable or disable the use of www in my domains?
Yes, you can.
I would like to build my site at other providers and serve the static data (images etc.) only from TsukaeruNet server. Is it allowed to do that ?
Yes, you can. Please take a good notice on bandwidth usage though.
Can I host multi domains in every server plan?
Advance users and greater plan can host multidomains.
Is it allowed to host streaming materials at TsukaeruNet ?
VPS、DDS、DDSPro users can stream their materials without limitation. We do not provide software streaming solution in general. Please take a good notice on bandwidth usage because once you used all your bandwidth, our system will continue provide you bandwidth automatically with additional fees.
Can I create subdomains?
Yes, you can.
Do you provide web based control panel for server administrative tasks?
We use Parallel's SW-SOFT PLESK integrated Control Panel.
Can I use phpMyAdmin?
We have installed it by default in every plan that use PLESK.
Can I use SSL?
Yes, it is possible to use your own SSL. Please read our FAQ to know the requirements amd how to set it.

MySQL can be used in all plans. PostgreSQL can be used without additional setting in Shared Server Plan. VPS users and up need Power Pack to use PostgreSQL from PLESK. VPS users who feel convenient using command line can use PostgreSQL without Power Pack License.
Can I use this plan to host 20GB/month and up site ?
Yes, every plan can be used to host high traffic site.
Do you have trial periods and Money Back Guarantee feature ?
We have several based on plans. Shared Server Plan: Beginner、Advance、Advance Pro have 3 days trial period. You will have to select this when you register your server. Shared Server Plan: Business Pro has 1 day trial period. VPS users who bought monthly subscription are elligible to 30 days money back. Please Check the details in server overview page for changes.
Do you have virus check optional service?
Yes. We use Dr. Web to scan ingoing and outgoing emails. VPS、DDS、Pro-Series users will need additional Dr. Web license to scan more than 15 address.
Do you have spam filtering system ?
Yes we have spam filtering system for all plans. VPS, DDS, and Pro-Series users need additional Power Pack License to use this feature.
I have my websites on other servers and considering migrating them to here, do you provide support for server migrating ?
Basically, our customer who wants to migrate their server to here can choose to perform the task by themselves or purchase our premium support. In premium support, our staff will look into your server and give estimation based on the difficulty level. Please ask our staff for detail answer
Can I open special ports for login system and administrative tasks?
Shared Server users do not have the priviledge to use this feature. If you need to open special port in your server, you will need to purchase VPS plans or up. It should be along our Terms of Use too. We can disable this feature if there's request from public.
What do you mean by "Enable email or domain level for users to login" ?
Parallels Plesk control panel is designed to simplify the management and administration of web sites. There are four login levels in Plesk with each level having its appropriate roles and responsibilities:
Administrator : The highest individual server level login which allows web hosting administrators to set up and manage all system items.
Client/Reseller : Second tier login account where the users are given domain creation rights from the System Administrator.
Domain Owner : These are third tier individual domain owner accounts with predetermined permission sets and interface for single domain administration.
Mail User : This is the fourth tier individual mail account which allows the user to log in to their own private interface and manage passwords, spam filters, anti-virus settings and much more.
