Coldfusion is not available through our system. Users who want to use server-side Coldfusion should install it from third party. Installed Coldfusion can be managed from PLESK.
Can I use Contribute ？
Contribute is not available through our system. Users who want to use Contribute should install it from third party. Installed Contribute can not be managed from PLESK .
Can I download APACHE's raw logs ?
Since you have root access, you can basically do anything you want with your server.

Can I install Flash Communication Server ?
We don't provide service for FCS installation, but VPS users and up have complete control over their server so they can install it as they want.

Yes, you can. Go to your Control Panel and choose Upgrade Center for applicable hardware upgrades in your server.
Can I use LOAD DATA INFILE feature in our server ?
Yes, VPS users and up can use this feature from PLESK.
I want to change MTA from Qmail to Postfix, is it possible to do this?
Customer who choose server without PLESK will get Sendmail installed by default. Postfix is available in our premium support. Please see

Can I purchase server without buying Dr. Web ?
You can uncheck Dr. Web option when you purchase the server.
What is your web server software?
By default, we use Apache in all plans.
Can I use mod_rewrite and other modules for Apache?
VPS users and up have complete control over their server. They can use available modules or compile it from apache sites.
