Our trouble ticket is a one complete solution for all your problems. You can use it for:
Managing old tickets
View progress about problems in your server.
Easy management from your email or web interface.
Asking for problems investigations, service installation, and bills management.
Accessing our support
Login to Control Panel
Go to https://manage.tsukaeru.net/cp and fill in your login info.
Accesing Help
Choose Help Section located in upper right corner.
Creating Trouble Ticket
In Help Section choose Trouble Ticket
Creating New Ticket
In Trouble Ticket section, choose Support English and choose Submit New Ticket.
Your old and closed ticket can be viewed in this section. You can use it as reference.
Editing New Ticket
Priority:
Choose priority level.
Subject:
Fill it with comprehensive title.
Body:
Write your subscription ID, problems, errors, log and any data available.
Upload File(s):
Upload files if needed.
Service ID:
Fill it with your service ID.
Finish
Click Submit and update the page to view it.
Checking Replies
Replies from Our Support Staff
You will receive replies in emails and in your control panel.
Login to Control Panel
Go to https://manage.tsukaeru.net/cp and fill in your login info.
Accesing Help
Choose Help Section located in upper right corner.
Accessing Trouble Ticket
In Help Section choose Trouble Ticket
View old ticket
Choose "View Tickets" to manage your tickets.
Replying Trouble Tickets
Writing a reply
Please reply the trouble ticket from your email client or the web interface. Inactive tickets will be closed and you can reopen in later.
Replying from Control Panel
In the Trouble Ticket screen, choose the ticket ID and click Post Reply.
Reopen closed ticket
Click Post Reply to reopen closed ticket.
About Trouble Ticket
Managing Tickets
Please create 1 ticket per problem. If you have different problems, you will have to create separate tickets. Our support staff will close duplicate ticket after inform you in which ticket they will process your problem.
