FFFTP is available in Windows XP, ME, 98 as FTP Client. For Linux or Mac OSX user, use Filezilla or any FTP client you like. Click the FFFTP icon.

From the host overview click new host and set the parameter required.

• Setting name
  Fill it with your domain name.
• Hostname
  Fill it with your domain name or your IP.
• FTP user
  Fill it with your FTP username.
• Password
  Fill it with your FTP password.

Find "PASV mode" in settings and check it to ensure your data will be sent in passive mode.

Enable the use of LIST command to view file list.

Click OK and try to access your server.
