Login to your Control Panel and click "System" tab.
Check your domain in Domain management > Domains.
2. Change nameserver
Ask your domain provider to change your domain nameserver to: ns1.tsukaeru.net
ns2.tsukaeru.net
*Use steps below if you don't find domain names in your CP
3. Register Domain
Login to your Control Panel and click "System" tab. Check that your domain has already set to DNS Hosting service.
Check your domain in Domain management > Domains and add as needed.
4. Verify the DNS Hosting setting
When you add domain without transfer to our system,please make sure that you choose Use existing domain, registered elsewhere.
5. Change nameserver
Ask your domain provider to change your domain nameserver to: ns1.tsukaeru.net
ns2.tsukaeru.net

7. Prepare your domain for transferring
Domain can only be transferred 60 days after purchased
Domain is not expired within 2 weeks.
Domain has a valid whois info
Auth-code for top level domains.
Domains is unlocked.
8. Domain transfer from our store
Go to
"System" > "Domain Management" > "Add domain" and click store/ ストア to transfer a domain.
9. Selecting the transfer
Choose Use existing domain, registered elsewhere and fill the domain name.
10. Filling the domain auth-code
When you want to transfer top level domains, you will have to enter auth-code. You can ask this code to your current ISP.
11. Start the domain transfer
Finish the order and do not forget to check your email because there will be confirmation email and additional steps required to transfer your domains.
12. Accepting the confirmation email
You will receive an email with subject "Domain Transfer Request" . Read the message and complete the process.
13. Approving the domain transfer
In previous email, you will have to go to http://transfer-approval.com to approve your trasfer. Choose I Approve to approve. When you mistakenly choose I reject you will have to redo the process from the beginning.
14. Check your progress
Login to your Control Panel and click "System" tab.
Check your domain in Domain management > All My Domains. Additionally check the nameserver tab and click synchronize.
