■Overview
The backup service included in the dedicated server is a FTP account enabled to which important data of the server can be easily backed up by using the backup function of Plesk.
This FTP account can be accessed only in our network. Information on the FTP account is described to the registration completion mail, and it is necessary to set the backup parameter on the customer side.
