Q)From where did you migrate your server to Tsukaeru.net? And how do you think Tsukaeru.net compares to these previous web hosting companies?
Previously we have used 3 different web hosting companies in the United States. The following 3 points convinced me to migrate some of our services to Tsukaeru.net:
１） Latency. This is hands-down a huge improvement compared to our previous hosts, up to 10 times faster!
２）Bilingual (Japanese and English) support was available.
３）Selection of products and applications.

We use Tsukaeru.net servers for development and for production environments. We have several VPS servers setup for these purposes. Typically our server environments are PHP/MySQL based and we use Git for source control management.
Tsukaeru.net's VPS servers are powerful and have low latency ping-times in Japan. Also nice about Tsukaeru.net is that the support staff is very responsive.
I think the product offerings are well categorized, so it was easy for us to choose the right plan for each project. The Tsukaeru.net support staff responded promptly to our questions and requests, and we also appreciated that the staff was very helpful even when we were only reviewing their services during trial periods.
Since we manage a number of servers and do our own engineering and development, I appreciated how easy it was to set up custom network and database environments compared to other hosting companies, and thus quickly became a fan of Tsukaeru.net.
Most Japanese hosting companies charge setup fees that are ridiculously expensive. Tsukaeru.net, on the other hand, runs campaigns every month and provides a reasonable price for new customers, which I think is nice. Their well-developed sales partner program is an added bonus.
