  • Our Support Center is dedicated to providing customers with the best working environment and server management possible. We maintain our hardware and networks to keep your server online. However, we do not provide administration of your server as you have complete root access. For those customers that require additional support, we provide various support packages, and paid incident support.
  • Security updates are made available to VPS and DDS users via our control panel. Please be warned that security updates may change the default settings of your server and make your software unusable. Always ensure you take a backup before upgrading, and contact our staff if you have any concerns.
  • Scripts installation, settings and applications maintenance is beyond our free support. Please use our user forum or consider to upgrade to premium support.
